Whitelisting WallCannRewards.com
Whitelisting is simply adding the WallCann email address (or any email address) to your safelist or approved email address list (whitelist).
With the rise in numbers of spam or unwanted emails coming into your mail boxes each day, you may not be receiving our WallCann newsletters and emails due to spam filters. To ensure that you are receiving your WallCann newsletters and update emails, you can Whitelist us.
Because every email program is different, below is a list of email programs, each specifying step by step how to whitelist WallCann onto your chosen email program, so you do not miss out on WallCann special offers and information.
Outlook - Microsoft
- Select - Junk E-mail, Junk E-mail Options from the Actions Menu.
- Select - Safe Senders
- Select - add button and include - support@wallcann.com to your Safe Senders List.
- Click OK.
AOL
- Select - Keyword Mail Controls
- Select - Screen name wallcann.com is sending newsletter to.
- Select - Customize Mail Controls:
- For AOL version 7.0:
- Select - Exclusion and Inclusion Parameters
- Add - support@wallcann.com
- For AOL version 8.0:
- Select - Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.
- Click – Next
- Click - Save
- For AOL version 9.0:
- Select - Mail Options
- Select - Address Book
- Type - support@wallcann.com
- Click "Save"
- For AOL version 7.0:
CleanMyMailBox
If your wallcann.com newsletter is being filtered into the spambox:
- Click – the white "W" icon.
- Add to Whitelist button.
You can also use these whitelisting methods:
- Click on the White List button available.
- Add: support@wallcann.com to the bottom of your current list and click the Submit List button.
- Click Subject White List button.
- Add: wallcann.com newsletter
- Click Submit List button.
Cloudmark SpamNet
- Select - Cloudmark Options.
- Select - Advanced.
- Choose - Whitelist
- Click - Add.
- Type in - support@wallcann.com
- Click OK twice, then yes, then OK.
GMail
You need to add support@wallcann.com to your Gmail Contacts List if you haven’t already:
- Click - Contacts
- Click - Add Contact.
- Add - support@wallcann.com to the primary email address dialog box.
- Click Save.
If you have added wallcann.com email address to your Contacts List but our newsletter still isn't getting through to your inbox, make sure that the newsletter isn’t being mistaken as Spam:
- Click - Spam
- Select the box next to our newsletter.
- Select - Not Spam, along the top.
Hotmail
- Select – Options, on the main menu then select - Safe List
- Type - support@wallcann.com
- Click - Add
- When wallcann.com shows in the Safe List box, click OK.
If your wallcann.com newsletters is still being delivered to your Junk Mail folder, select a newsletter and click - This is not Junk Mail.
Mailblocks
- Select - Addresses tab.
- Click - New and add - support@wallcann.com.
- Select - Accept Mail From This Address from Receiving Options.
- Deselect - ’Display in People Picker’ from Other Options.
- Click - Submit, then OK.
MailShield
- Click - Friends from the toolbar.
- Click - Add, then type in support@wallcann.com
- Click OK.
MailWasher
- Click - Tools, then Spam Tools or Blacklist and Friends.
- Click - Add in the My friends list.
- Select - Exact email address.
- Type - support@wallcann.com
- Click OK.
McAfee SpamKiller
- Select - Friends from the sidebar.
- Click Add.
- Type - support@wallcann.com
- Click OK.
Mozilla Thunderbird
You need to add support@wallcann.com to your Thunderbird Address Book if you haven’t already:
- Click - Address Book
- Select - New Address
- Type - support@wallcann.com into the Email dialog box provided.
- Click OK.
If you have added wallcann.com email address to your Contacts List but our newsletter still isn't getting through to your inbox, make sure that the newsletter isn’t being mistaken as Spam:
- Select - Tools then Junk Mail Controls
- Under Settings tab, select - Personal Address Book and tick - "Do not mark messages as junk mail".
- Click OK.
Netscape Mail
Netscape Web-Based Email has no email filters or spam protection. Therefore you don’t need to accept support@wallcann.com because it is not being filtered as spam.
OddPost
If our wallcann.com newsletter is not reaching your email inbox then:
- Select - Probably Spam folder.
If your wallcann.com newsletter is being incorrectly sent as spam:
- Select Newsletter
- Choose - Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam.
SpamAssassin
- Add the following code to your user_prefs file, which can be located in the .spamassassin subdirectory on your web/mail server: whitelist_from support@wallcann.com
- Save your new user_prefs file or just transfer the updated copy to your .spamassassin subdirectory.
- If you have no user_prefs file in the subdirectory, create one.
SpamButcher
- Click - Configure button.
- Select - Known Senders tab.
- Click - Add under "Known Good Senders and Recipients" and type - support@wallcann.com
- Click OK, then OK again.
Spameater Pro
- Select - Filters.
- Select - Approved Senders tab.
- Click - Add Filter.
- Type - support@wallcann.com under Address.
- Choose - Full Email Address under Address Type.
- Select - Email Domain.
- Click OK.
Spam Inspector
- Select - Spam Inspector, then Manage Friends List
- Select - Email under "Add a New Friend".
- Type - support@wallcann.com
- Click - the >> button.
- Click Close.
Spam Interceptor
- Select – Authentication Lists
- Follow the Trusted link
- Type in - support@wallcann.com
- Click - Add.
SpamPal
- Right Click - SpamPal system tray icon
- Click - Add to Whitelist
- Type - support@wallcann.com
- Click - Add.
Spam Sleuth
- Select – File -> Configure.
- Select - Friends category.
- Tick Active checkbox.
- Type - support@wallcann.com on a line by itself
- Click OK.
Yahoo Mail
- Click - Mail Options
- Click – Filters, Add Filter
- In the row, labelled "From Header:", Select – Contains, in the pull-down menu.
- Type - support@wallcann.com in the text box next to that menu,
- Select - Inbox - from the pull-down menu where it says - Move the message to.
- Click - Add Filter button again.
If the wallcann.com newsletter has been sent to your bulk folder, simply open the message and select the "This is not Spam" link.
Other
If the wallcann.com newsletter is being filtered as spam, try adding support@wallcann.com to your Address Book or Contact list.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered as spam, call or email your ISP’s technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from support@wallcann.com.
If they need to know the domain we’re mailing from, it is: wallcann.com
